Northamptonshire Park Run Guide

Unless you’ve been living under a rock, it’s likely you’ll have heard about Park Run. A weekly timed 5km event, every Saturday at 9am, which has gradually grown to become a global event. Joining couldn’t be easier, simply sign up online (here), print your Barcode and arrive in good time for a 9am start.

The best thing about Park Run is that it doesn’t matter if you run, run/walk or simply walk. Alongside this, there are courses with suitability for people who require wheelchair access or want to run with a buggy.

As Park Run grows, the number of venues offering this weekly event has expanded too. This is why I thought it would be helpful to produce a guide to Park Run locations within the Northamptonshire area.

Please note, that at some of these places you will be required to pay for parking, so it’s worth arriving with some change. Normally, it’s only a £1 if you’re going to be there for no more than an hour, but please always double-check first. All events are organised by Volunteers and they will clearly mark out the starting point and offer any advice on the course.
