Chocolate Chip Protein Brownies

I have no time for diet brownies or brownies from a packet.

What’s the point? There’s nothing like a good brownie, just the right about of ‘gooey’ with plenty of chocolate, because I am a chocolate fiend or addict (but I don’t want to quit).

I whipped up these Brownies on Thursday so that I had a healthy snack for when my sugar cravings hit and I shared the recipe on my Instagram. However, as they’ve been so popular I felt it would be rude not to share the recipe for these one bowl, nutritionally balanced brownies.

Sharing is caring after all…

Chocolate Chip Protein Brownies

*Recipe tweaked from a recipe I’d seen via ‘The Londoner‘.

Ingredients:

30g Chocolate Protein 180g Greek Yogurt 100ml Almond Milk 40g Cocoa Powder 40g Oats A pinch of baking powder 35g Coconut Sugar (But normal sugar or stevia etc will work also, add more if needed as this is my personal taste preference) 1 Whole egg Chocolate Chips (as few or as many as you’d like)

Method:

Pre:Heat oven to 180degrees

Mix everything together in a large mixing bowl and pour into a lined baking tin. Bake for 20mins – Allow to cool & serve ❤️

Do you bake brownies often? What’s your favorite bake at the moment? I’m thankful that ‘The Great British Bake Off’ doesn’t have brownie week!

Katie
