When I think about it, I can’t think of a logical reason why but I love ‘shredded’ chicken or beef or pulled pork with a generous topping of rich and sweet BBQ Sauce.
I just do.
I love shredded chicken piled high on a salad, stuffed in a wrap or just on its own whilst I stare mindlessly out of the window. Hell, even the cat is a huge fan, fresh chicken shredded lovingly into cat-sized servings #spoilt.
