For me, Saturday or Sunday mornings are just made for long breakfasts/brunches with some good coffee, some great reading material or company.
Layering these pancakes gave me so much joy, one layer of lightly cooked apple, then two layers of creamy greek yoghurt and drizzling them with cashew butter and dusting with cinnamon.
When ‘The Protein Works’ sent me some new protein flavours to sample these pancakes seemed like the perfect option, I do occasionally enjoy a protein shake but making my breakfast or treats with protein fills me with delight. The reason being is I would rather eat my calories than drink them, plus with all the latest flavours from ‘The Protein Work’s‘ mean’s I have no excuses to get into a boring breakfast rut!
Gone are the day’s of ‘chocolate,strawberry and banana’ for me. Apple Cinnamon Swirl is the way forwards, perfect for sunny day’s and warming for when it’s cold outside.
