I’ve written about the overwhelming feeling of fear many times on this blog, but fear is still an emotion I feel more often than I’d like to admit. One of the remedies I’m using is imagining the worst situation, then realising that 9 times out of 10, I’ll be okay. Maybe a little bit, broken or wounded but eventually okay because everything is temporary.
