20 Minute Brownie Bites

I don’t think I’ll ever tire of testing out new brownie recipes.

My aim with these tasty treats was to recreate those tasty little brownie squares that you often see at the supermarket. You know, those tasty little brownie bites that often land up on the office treat table? Sure these still include sugar and chocolate, but they are a tasty alternative and are best served warm with some figs and maybe even some ice-cream.

The great thing is, they keep for up to 5 days and freeze well too, making them the ideal snack and I think snack time should always include chocolate.

I have made a short video on how to make these, but all the instructions are below:

You will need:

  1. 70g Flour

  2. 10g Coconut Flour

  3. 30g Cocoa powder

  4. 1 Whole Egg

  5. 20g Sugar

  6. 80g Dates (Pre-blended, I placed them in hot water first and then blended them my Nutri-bullet)

  7. 100ml Milk

  8. 30g Chocolate chips

Mix all the ingredients and half the chocolate chips together, then pour into a lined baking tray and scatter the outstanding chocolate chips.

Then bake at 180 degrees. for 8-10 minutes, allow to cool and serve, I cut these into 12 bite-size pieces, but cut, however, works best for you.
