I personally wouldn’t even consider running without a supportive and well-fitting bra, yet again and again, I see women running with zero or low support.
So, what kind of bra should you choose?
Low Impact Bra’s – Ideal for gentle sports such as yoga, pilates, and steady walking.
Medium Impact Bra’s – Choose Medium-Impact for sports such as weightlifting, power walking, and spin classes.
