The Chocolate Recipe Round Up

“Hi, I’m Katie and I’m a Chocoholic, all I think about is when I’m going to get my next chocolate hit and I need chocolate every day”

“Thanks for that Intro Katie, welcome to the group”

and then, I wake up…

The life of a chocoholic is a satisfying one, it’s easy to get another “Hit”, chocolate is cost-effective, it’s delicious, its rarely a disappointment and well, it’s pretty inoffensive isn’t it? So, I thought it would be apt to create a round up of some of my favorite recipes:

The Brownie Collection

Slutty Brownies – This recipe from Kevin and Amanda is the ultimate crowd pleaser and my “To Go” recipe if I want to impress.

Triple Chocolate Milka Brownies – Tonnes of rich creamy chocolate, creates a dense and delicious brownie, what more could you want?

Coconut Butterfingers Brownies – Make the base your “To go” Brownie and add in whatever extra’s take your fancy, I’ve heard Mars Bar works really well!

Vegan Choices

Rich Dark Chocolate Tart – “Nice memories are like chocolate: you can’t survive on them alone, as they aren’t very filling, but they make life sweeter” Janine Weger. This tart is so rich and simple to make, it freezes well so you can make well in advance and serve on several occasions.

Dark Chocolate Pots – This is the ideal choice when you find yourself time poor but want to make a big impact, the end result is absolutely delicious.

Almond Butter Chocolate Fudge – Chocolate and nut butter, a simple match made in foodie heaven.

Bars, Jazzy’s and Eggs…

Peanut Butter & Dark Chocolate, Reeces Pieces FlapjackMy 3 loves got together and had a party, the end result is glorious!

Giant Chocolate Jazzys – Creamy chocolate disks, ready in under 30 minutes, perfectly child-friendly and a seriously tasty way to use up excess chocolate, make friends and influence people.

Custom Easter Eggs –  Eggs laden with thick milk chocolate, smarties, dolly mixture, Reese’s peanut butter cups, marshmallows, and dime bars. Indulgent, easy to personalize and ready in no time at all.
