Tell me, how is settling back to work after a 4 day weekend going for you? With an extra two day’s off and the clocks changing I’m completely out of sync.

    The problem I have with Elevenses is that I cannot stop myself at one. It’s definitely all or nothing so I take the sensible option and go with nothing.

      That’s a pretty fair comment, I have tried to swap my mid morning for a mid-afternoon snack. Trouble is if I have food in my draw, I’m gonna eat ALL that food!!
